This gathering invites entrepreneurs, community members, and local leaders to discuss the gaps in current support systems and share what’s truly needed to start and grow small businesses in Douglas County. With our economy trailing 53% behind national growth, this meeting centers real voices and bold ideas to drive job creation, financial empowerment, and equitable access to resources.
